Bayazhan Gaziantep City Museum

The City Museum offers the visitor the chance to experience, see and feel the culture of Gaziantep and to get to know it in detail. It also provides information on topics such as tourist locations, the economy, natural beauty spots, accommodation, food and drink.Within the City Museum, short introductory films offer to the visitors a glimpse into Gaziantep's traditional handicrafts such as silver casting, copper and tin working, yemeni embroidery, inlaying, weaving, rug and carpet making, Antep-style dowry production and the preparation of Baklava as well as topics such as local food, entertainment, domestic life and pistachio conditioning.
